What is our return policy?


Global Return Policy

Returns must be dropped off and scanned by carrier or returned to our studio within 30 days after the delivery date. Returns are not accepted 30 days beyond the delivery date. If your order is shipped in more than one shipment, each shipment will have a return window based on its delivery date. We are not offering an extended return window this holiday season.

Final sale items purchased within the continental U.S. cannot be returned for a refund but can be exchanged one time for a different size only at the original purchasing price. If your preferred size is sold out, you are not eligible for an exchange. Items marked 'Final Sale' that are purchased outside of the continental U.S. cannot be returned or exchanged.* Items marked as final sale are not eligible for price adjustments even if they are discounted further after your purchase. We do not offer price adjustments on any order or item.

A return shipping fee applies if you return all items from your order. Returns are free if you keep at least one item from your order. There is no return shipping fee for in-store returns, Instant RefCredit, or exchanges.
